The District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Mahabubnagar
Founded in 1920, The District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. (DCCB) Mahabubnagar, licensed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has been a cornerstone of agricultural credit in the Mahabubnagar district since its inception on 27th March 1920. The bank is affiliated with Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd., Hyderabad, and is one of the pioneering institutions in Telangana, dedicated to serving the farming community and supporting agricultural development in the region.
Our bank primarily caters to the agricultural credit needs of farmers across the district, providing loans for the cultivation of key crops such as paddy, groundnut, cotton, millets, pulses, and maize. We also offer development credit for a wide range of activities, including minor irrigation projects, farm mechanization, horticulture, dairy farming, poultry farming, sericulture, sheep rearing, pig farming, and support for weavers through handloom and silk weavers' cooperative societies.
In addition to rural development, we actively support Self Help Groups (SHGs), Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), Rythu Mitra Groups (RMGs), and various government-sponsored schemes like SGSY and assistance to weavers’ groups.
The DCCB Mahabubnagar extends modern banking services to semi-urban and rural populations through attractive deposit schemes, safe deposit lockers, cash credit facilities, and insurance services. Our network comprises 22 branches, including the Head Office, and 78 Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS), ensuring comprehensive coverage of banking services across the region.
Our area of operation spans the revenue districts of Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Jogulamba Gadwal, Ranga Reddy, Narayanpet and Vikarabad.
